 After a month or nearby, finally I read any self-help book, "SWAYAM 365" by Dr. Pratibha Deshpande proved to be an amazing and eye-opening experience for me. We all know that self-help books revolve around on one point ,but, there is way of writing matter in this particular genre.


And for me this particular , stands out as one of the best book in the list of self- help. It avoids lengthy lectures and instead focuses on a clear and concise writing style. The inclusion of activities, stories, mantra's and the organization of content into simple and short chapters contribute to making this book a delightful read.


Unlike some self-help books that overflow with descriptive content, making it challenging to implement the lessons in real life, "SWAYAM 365" takes a different approach. It provides a straightforward, beautiful narrative for each month, incorporating activities and stories that resonate effectively. The book is divided into 12 sections, one for each month, offering a spectacular and thoughtful way to engage with oneself monthly.
